If JCU is paying for your attendance at this conference, you will be asked to provide a JCU Account Code (ORG/DBA/IRA/SSA) during the registration process. Fees (which are exclusive of GST) will be deducted from this account. No Tax Receipt will be issued

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organising Committee
2. Cancellations received on or prior to 22 February 2022, incurs a 10% (administration and handling fee) and the remainder is refunded.
3. Cancellations received on or after 23 February 2022, partial refund provided at 50% of total registration fee.
4. No refunds considered on or after 5 March 2022 or in the event of a no-show
5. Registration fees are transferable prior 1st May 2022 and need to be made in writing to the Organising Committee
